We are looking for an organized and detailed individual to contribute to our organization and streamline workflow through the coordination of all administrative functions in a clinical office setting.

Responsibilities may include: Perform and/or assist with all administrative duties, maintain weekly communications with supervisor regarding issues/concerns, work with medical and billing departments to assist with calls/work flowAssist patients at the check-in and check-out windowVerify patient’s identification and insuranceSecure credit card or form of payment for future balancesAdminister all new patient paperwork or answer incoming phone calls.

Requirements: Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role experience in customer service will be a plus knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting software working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, Reliable with patience and professionalism must have the ability to work independently and as a team member must process strong communication skills, both written and verbal must have strong attention to detail must be able to multi-taskMust have significant problem-solving capabilityMust be able to prioritize tasks daily. Must possess a commitment to the mission statement and vision LifeStance Health
